Job Summary
Conduct seminars for train dispatchers and railway personnel at training centers in Dresden and Halle. Accompany train dispatchers on practical instruction at the training station or simulator. Develop and update seminar materials. Maintain expertise in railway operations regulations and demonstrate strong presentation and pedagogical skills. Requires a specialized qualification in railway operations, minimum three years of experience including four months as a train dispatcher, and medical fitness for railway duties. Required Qualifications
- Fachwirt für den Bahnbetrieb (IHK) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Wirtschaftsingenieur Eisenbahnwesen mit Vertiefung Bahnbetrieb und Infrastruktur, Bezirksleiter Betrieb mit einem Jahr Berufspraxis, Diplom-Verwaltungsbetriebswirt Eisenbahnwesen oder eine abgeschlossene Funktionsausbildung zum Trainer Bahnbetrieb nach Ril 046.2580)
- Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren
- mindestens 4 Monate als Fahrdienstleiter
- Fundierte Fach- und Regelwerkskenntnisse im Eisenbahnbetrieb
- gute Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- pädagogische Fähigkeiten
- ein sicheres Auftreten
- Praktische Erfahrungen in der Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Seminaren
- Bereitschaft auch an anderen Einsatzorten tätig zu werden
- Bahnärztliche Tauglichkeit
