Conduct seminars for train dispatchers and other railway personnel, accompanied by training sessions at the training station or simulator, and develop seminar materials. Deliver presentations with strong moderation skills while maintaining pedagogical standards and a professional demeanor. Prepare and continuously improve instructional content to support ongoing education and professional development. This role is part of a nationwide network of 14 education centers established in 1920, offering flexible training solutions for diverse customer needs. The position requires a Fachwirt für den Bahnbetrieb or equivalent qualification, including at least three years of relevant experience with four months as a train dispatcher. Candidates must possess railway medical fitness and be willing to work at various locations.
