Job Summary
Develop training programs by designing curriculum, creating instructional media, and building assessment tools aligned with organizational standards. Plan and schedule training events, prepare necessary materials and equipment, and conduct sessions as assigned while maintaining attendance and qualification records. Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to organize activities, document procedures, and support continuous improvement of delivery methods. Ensure all training documentation meets approved requirements and facilitate compliance with AS9100 or AS9110 quality management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Education, Training, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field; equivalent technical or military experience may substitute for formal education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training development, instructional delivery, or related technical training support functions
- Working knowledge of curriculum design principles, instructional methods, and training documentation practices
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as AS9100, AS9110, or equivalent standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic learning management system (LMS) functions
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to coordinate training events and effectively interact with instructors, trainees, and management staff
- Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment
- To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment
- Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations
