Job Summary
Design and implement a strategic training framework that aligns with organizational goals and addresses the specific needs of clinical staff. Develop comprehensive training programs for external team members on specialty pharmacy workflow, including dispensing, patient care, prior authorization and financial assistance processes, communication, technology, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Create engaging training content using various formats to cater to different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer. Provide retraining and coaching sessions for customer clinics identified as needing additional support or improvement. Regularly review and update existing training materials to reflect current industry practices, regulatory changes, and organizational updates. Implement assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Quality, and People Ops, to align training initiatives with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Must be able to travel up to 80%.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a trainer or educator in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflow, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to specialty pharmacy
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and e-learning tools/platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to travel up to 80%
Desired Qualifications

- Certification in training or education (e.g., ATD, CPT)
