Job Summary
As a Trainer/Coach at Maverick Fitness, you will lead high-energy, science-backed workouts for groups, motivate and guide clients of varying fitness levels, ensure safety and proper form during sessions, and contribute to building member relationships to support studio growth. Applicants should possess a current fitness certification, CPR/AED certification, and demonstrate a positive communication style, with a preference for candidates who have over a year of fitness experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current, proctored fitness certification from an OTF-approved organization (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA)
- CPR/AED certification
- Positive, motivating communication style
- Passion for coaching all fitness levels
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years fitness experience preferred
