Job Summary
Trainer for Clinical Operations to design and deliver training programs for pharmacists and care coordinators in specialty pharmacy; develop curriculum and instructional content using e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training; lead onboarding and retraining sessions; regularly update training materials to reflect current industry practices and regulatory changes; collaborate with Clinical Operations, Quality, and People Ops to align training initiatives with organizational goals and compliance; monitor effectiveness through assessment tools and stakeholder feedback; communicate with clinical leaders and subject-matter experts to incorporate best practices and ensure competency in dispensing, patient care, prior authorization, financial assistance processes, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as trainer or educator in healthcare/pharma setting
- strong understanding of pharmacy workflow and regulatory requirements related to specialty pharmacy
- Certification in training or education (e.g., ATD, CPT) is a plus
