Job Summary

Deliver engaging accredited and non-accredited training in classroom, virtual, and on-site environments while preparing sessions, assessing competency, and providing practical learner support. Maintain accurate training and assessment records in line with RTO requirements and contribute to resource development, validation, audits, and continuous improvement. Share subject matter expertise while promoting safe, inclusive, and professional learning across SGS facilities and client sites in the Hunter, Upper Hunter, and Central Coast regions. Requires TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, relevant vocational qualifications, and a current driver's licence with flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight stays.

Required Qualifications

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent qualification
  • Relevant vocational qualifications, licences and current industry competency for the courses you deliver
  • Experience delivering VET programs and competency-based assessment
  • Strong communication, organisation and digital literacy skills
  • A current driver's licence
  • Flexibility to travel between SGS locations and client sites, including occasional overnight stays
