Trainer - Assembly

Trainer responsible for continually improving capabilities of new hires and existing associates in a classroom, fulfillment and distribution environment; maintain knowledge of processes/policies, ensure best-in-class experience, provide and receive feedback, lead groups, partner with leadership to develop learning tools, review materials for training accuracy, maintain training metrics, work alongside associates and leads, uphold safety and security standards, and take on additional duties as assigned. Requires strong communication, ability to speak to groups, proficiency with basic computer tools, warehouse equipment operation, flexibility to work various shifts, and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs.
