Job Summary
Conduct highly engaging emergency response and safety training sessions at client locations, FSA offices, and public training venues. Deliver nationally recognised courses while leading on-site emergency response exercises and travelling to support team operations across the Northern Territory. Maintain a strong safety culture and work autonomously as part of the training team. This role supports FSA's expansion in the region, requiring a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and exceptional delivery skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Latest TAE with LLN competencies
- Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- A strong safety culture
- A self-starter who is reliable working autonomously across various projects and courses and is able to travel as required
