Job Summary
Trainer and Assessor needed to deliver online support and face-to-face training for Certificate III, IV and Diploma Paramedical students. Responsibilities include training and assessing students at Clinical Workshops, providing feedback on online theory assessments, teaching through online lectures, study groups and 1-on-1 calls, contributing to course improvements, maintaining currency in the role, and participating in company-wide projects. Must-haves: Bachelor of Paramedicine or equivalent, TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, AHPRA registration, WWCC, and current/recent experience in a pre-hospital emergency healthcare setting with strong communication skills. Optional but valued: training/education experience in Vocational Education and Training with pre-hospital emergency care students. Location is Hurstville, New South Wales, Australia with hybrid working arrangements. Salary is described as competitive but not specified.
