Trainer and Assessor

Trainer and Assessor – deliver online support and face-to-face training via Intensive Workshop Program for Certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma Paramedical students. Train and assess students at Clinical Workshops; assess theory assessments submitted online; teach via online lectures, study groups, and 1-on-1 phone calls; contribute to continuous improvement of APC’s courses; maintain competency and currency as a Trainer & Assessor; participate in company-wide projects and events. Must have Bachelor of Paramedicine (or equivalent), TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain), AHPRA registration, current or recent experience in pre-hospital emergency healthcare, and WWCC; optional but highly regarded experience in Vocational Education and Training delivery for pre-hospital students. The role supports education across Australia and beyond within a collaborative, values-driven team.
