Job Summary
Design, develop, and conduct training for the field force and Home Office through online course development, classroom instruction, webinars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions. Properly prepare all course materials in advance with attention to detail, including proofing, editing, and testing. Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, attitude, and conduct while working cohesively with a team toward common goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent Alfa Agent experience, Life & Health and Property/Casualty insurance licenses, and proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Licensed in Life & Health Insurance
- Licensed in Property/Casualty Insurance
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Educational or training experience
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and speak effectively in front of a group
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- 2 years' experience as an Alfa Agent
- Certification as an Instructional Designer/Developer
- At least four years of experience in instructional design and training
