Job Summary
Conduct safety and forklift training while continually improving classroom orientation programs for plant employees. Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed and submitted to their file, and provide annual training and on-the-job training. Assess the need for interpreters in various departments to ensure communications clarity and coordinate interpreter assistance. Assist in acclimating new Team Members within the facility confines and with the qualification process. Perform other duties as assigned, including presenting material to large groups and utilizing standard computer skills. This 2nd shift role at Tecumseh Peterson Farm requires a high school graduate with excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be comfortable in presenting material to large groups
- Strong organizational skills
- Standard computer skills - Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility
- Previous training or Production experience
