Trainer-1st Shift - Waverly Plant

Trainer-1st Shift at Tyson Foods’ Waverly Plant is responsible for coordinating and conducting new Team Member orientation within the Distribution Center, delivering safety and forklift training, and supporting onboarding, documentation compliance, and training records. The role ensures new hires are trained on Tyson policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational expectations; assists with language support, acclimation, and qualification processes, and facilitates communication between team members and operational departments. Ideal candidates have experience in training or facilitation, strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to manage training records and schedules. The position requires the ability to present to large groups, maintain accurate documentation, and may involve some travel; the role operates on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, at the Waverly Plant in Nebraska.
