Job Summary
Two-year traineeship in Civil Engineering for starters (0-2 years experience) at KWS Zwolle-Leek within VolkerWessels. Trainees work under a mentor across multiple disciplines (Werkvoorbereiding, Uitvoering, Calculatie, Tendermanagement) to explore strengths and career paths, while rotating through various departments to gain broad exposure to the business. Program includes participation in the Young Professionals group, training via VolkerWessels Academy, and opportunities to join Jong VolkerWessels networks. Hybrid working arrangement offered; includes a starting salary from €2,700 gross per 4 weeks, 40 vacation days, laptop and phone, and a company electric car with a European charging card. After completion, progression towards roles aligned with individual ambitions is expected. Applicants should have a Civil Engineering background and a driving license, and be enthusiastic about development and feedback.
