Job Summary
Rotate between two to three departments to experience diverse functions such as customer manager, project lead, and team manager. Address societal, technical, and business challenges while participating in the Changeteam to drive regional improvement initiatives. Identify optimization opportunities and lead process improvements independently. Collaborate with HR on vitality and engagement projects, then execute an innovation assignment to present results to management. Build a broad internal network while developing communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Requires a recent HBO, WO bachelor, or master degree with full-time availability (40 hours).
Required Qualifications
