Job Summary
Assist in the assembly of cables, harnesses, and electronic products under Team Leader supervision while verifying drawings and parts lists. Accurately record assembly details in internal computer systems and paper documents, maintaining a clean workspace and handling small parts with care. Work flexibly to support team members and complete required safety, online, and classroom-based training to progress toward IPC620 certification. This role offers opportunities to develop skills and advance within TT Electronics, Fairford, or the wider group, with a focus on safety, sustainability, and career progression.
Required Qualifications
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
- successfully pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screening
- be punctual, ready for the start of your shift
- Work well as part of a team and on your own
- Ask questions when you don't understand and speak up if there is a problem or you need help
- Want to learn, and keen to develop your career with us
