Job Summary
Assume responsibility for projects at a fixed location for two years while gaining comprehensive overview and initial project ownership. Support up to six months of projects at other sites to learn logistics and production processes. Complete multiple trainings and a specialized seminar to prepare for subsequent positions. Participate in cross-site networking events and workshops alongside direct mentorship from a local contact. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, BWL, Logistik, Supply Chain Management (SCM) oder Betriebswirt, Fachwirt, Techniker, Meister
- Erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik oder Automobil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Engagement als Teamplayer
- Fähigkeit, andere leicht für eigene Ideen zu begeistern
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
