Job Summary
Operate across various logistics stations from operational sites to central functions over an 18–22 month rotation, gaining a 360° view of logistics processes. Lead active projects on future themes including sales, sustainability, digitalization, and automation with immediate responsibility. Participate in hands-on training, receive personal mentoring, and provide regular feedback for professional and personal development while working in changing locations domestically and internationally. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in logistics or related fields, practical experience, strong German and English skills, and digital tool proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, International Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. MS Office)
- Mobil sein und bereit, auch an wechselnden Standorten im In- und Ausland eingesetzt zu werden
