Job Summary
Trainee Operations Technician on a structured 12-month development programme across warehouse, production, and on-site stand installation at Farnborough HQ. Responsibilities include warehouse picking/packing/loading/unloading, preparing and testing equipment, assembling components, producing accurate outputs from technical drawings, and installing exhibition stands on-site. Occasional UK and potential international travel. Must be hands-on with tools and machinery, proactive, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure. Offers broad, transferable skills across warehouse, production, and installation with benefits including BUPA, 33 days leave, pension, and regular company events.
