Trainee Technical Support Engineer role in EveryMatrix focused on validating deployments and monitoring release activities across environments, assisting with CI/CD tasks and basic deployment troubleshooting, performing game/integration verification after releases, analyzing logs for troubleshooting, working with REST APIs, Postman, JSON payloads and configuration files, verifying launch URLs and environment configurations, assisting QA/operators with investigations and issue resolution, collecting HAR logs and browser network traces, and performing basic MySQL checks, with collaboration to escalate complex issues to developers/TechOps; hybrid work arrangement in Lviv, Ukraine with starting onboarding and ongoing opportunities in iGaming software solutions.
