Trainee Talent Sourcer (Internship)

Job Summary
Build sourcing strategies for R&D, administrative, sales, and security teams by sourcing candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, databases, and Boolean queries. Communicate with applicants from initial contact through interview scheduling while analyzing the hiring funnel to identify bottlenecks. Conduct market research on trends, technologies, and salary expectations to inform team improvements. Collaborate with recruiters and the Talent Sourcing Lead to refine sourcing approaches and maintain a positive candidate experience. Join a 3-week intensive onboarding program followed by full-time work at Everstar, a recruitment agency supporting Ukraine's defense sector.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, analytics, sales, or related fields (data / research / sales / marketing / journalism)
- Completion of profile courses
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus on results
- Ability to analyze and break down tasks into details
- Enthusiasm for finding hidden information and testing new approaches
- Flexibility in approach and openness to experiments
