Job Summary
Deliver safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to children and adults across Barton, Leys, and Ferry Leisure centres using the Swim England framework. Interact heavily with customers of all ages and backgrounds to support their development while maintaining high safety standards. Complete the NRASTC lite qualification and attend mandatory training sessions at Leys Leisure Centre between 10am and 5pm with 100% attendance required. Utilize motivational and organizational skills to ensure learners gain confidence, progressing from basic lessons to competitive swimming or national representation.
Required Qualifications
- Swimming Teacher Qualification (STA Level 2)
- NRASTC lite qualification
- DBS check
- Access to a computer or tablet
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills

- Organisational skills
- Enthusiasm
- 100% attendance for training course dates (26th – 27th Sept, 3rd – 4th Oct, 10th – 11th Oct, 17th – 18th Oct)
