Job Summary
Trainee Sales Negotiator role in Gravesend, UK, with full training and support provided. Core duties include registering applicants and understanding property requirements, booking and conducting property viewings, assisting with property listings (taking photographs and writing descriptions), liaising with buyers and sellers, supporting the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, maintaining regular client updates, and updating the CRM/database. Ideal candidates have a genuine interest in property, strong communication skills, presentable and professional demeanor, and are organized with good time management; prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
