Job Summary
Proactively call and email potential clients to uncover hiring needs, then build relationships with hiring managers by acting as a trusted partner. Source top talent through headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network. Manage the full process from screening and interviewing candidates through to offer, onboarding, and global mobilisation. Create engaging content, write adverts, posts, mailshots, and campaigns to attract candidates. Own your market by becoming an expert in your niche sector and geography over time.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within a sales role (telesales, inside sales, call centre, B2B or B2C)
- Confidence to pick up the phone, handle objections and keep going
- Target focused mindset and a real desire to progress and earn
