Job Summary
Manage client relationships and organize customer projects for our digital agency, translating client requirements into new marketing strategies and delegating tasks to the internal team. Conduct strategy planning sessions with new clients to ensure successful collaboration starts and lead regular feedback meetings to monitor project progress. Provide content-based answers to client inquiries regarding campaign performance and handle email support for existing customers. Ensure and continuously improve customer satisfaction while maintaining precise communication via phone and written channels. This Trainee role includes an onboarding period of 2–4 months with comprehensive internal training, offering a gross monthly salary of 4,300 and a path to permanent employment.
