Job Summary
Trainee Program in a North American commercial tire dealership. Learn different aspects of the tire business, assist assigned location with various duties, participate in hands-on training across roles, develop a network of internal resources, and learn to use the MaddenCo POS system. The program emphasizes regular progress feedback, timely completion of learning and assessment requirements, and receptiveness to feedback. Eligibility includes pre-employment drug screening, age 21+, and willingness to relocate; degree candidates (associate or bachelor’s) are preferred.
