Job Summary
Inspect customer premises for pest signs and identify risks, then swiftly clean and remove evidence of pest behaviour. Offer advice on premises maintenance and hygiene, complete accurate post-visit reports, and uphold a professional image while resolving unique customer problems in person. This full-time role covers a dedicated area in Derby City Centre with industry-leading training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
Desired Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
