Trainee Performance Marketing/ SEA (m/w/d)

Conduct day-to-day SEA campaign management for client accounts, handling conception, planning, and execution across search, shopping, display, and YouTube channels. Execute technical training in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising while actively participating in performance measurement and optimization. Rotate through search engine marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics to gain a comprehensive overview. Support colleagues in preparing presentations and workshops within an international agency network. Work flexibly in home office or the Leipzig office, with mandatory in-office presence during initial months. This 12-month program is tailored to individual interests, aiming to qualify you for a Junior Specialist role with a high conversion rate to permanent employment.
