Job Summary
Provide administrative and logistical support to the NPI/LCM team and support new product introductions and continuous improvement projects. Offer hands-on assistance during the production of engineering, clinical, and validation batches in compounding and aseptic filling facilities. Prepare, review, and approve documentation while collecting, classifying, and structuring data for reports. Gain insight into pharmaceutical manufacturing fundamentals, including GMP, aseptic filling, and parenteral product compounding. This one-year full-time role offers broad exposure to product life cycle management and manufacturing under the guidance of experienced process engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Recent university graduate
- Master's degree in Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, or Engineering
- Fluency in English (minimum C1)
- Fluency in German (minimum C1)
