Trainee Operations Controller - £31,000 pa

Trainee Operations Controller to provide around-the-clock operational support for ACS brokers worldwide from Surbiton HQ. Responsibilities include 24/7 coverage and direct support with brokers, coordinating setup of charters, monitoring live flights, communicating movements to brokers/clients, building relationships with airlines, FBOs and airports, updating CRM/compliance data, producing daily reports, balancing operational constraints with service goals, and maintaining high levels of communication. The role requires strong English, professional communication, problem solving, ability to work independently or in a team, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Surbiton. Training provided on site; office-based role with benefits including gym access, meals, holidays, car parking, private healthcare, and pension.
