Job Summary
Conduct two ten-month rotations alternating between a housing corporation and a developer to solve the housing crisis through smart, sustainable, and affordable solutions. Execute daily challenging tasks contributing to the mission of producing good, durable, and affordable homes while participating in an on-the-job training program focused on professional and personal development. Work alongside nine peers under professional guidance from Talent in Huis to build leadership skills and explore modular housing production.
