Job Summary
Conduct in-depth training and coaching for new Mortgage and Protection Advisers during a three-week course in Bedford. Deliver practical, hands-on experience using innovative mortgage trainers to support candidates in captivating clients and succeeding in the financial sector. Manage the recruitment process for the Just Mortgages Academy, which is hosted by the dedicated Learning & Development Team. Candidates must hold CeMAP 1 qualification, a full UK driving licence, and legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- CeMAP 1 qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Passport/Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
