Job Summary
Front of House Team Leader/Trainee Manager role at Upham Inns: lead and motivate front-of-house team, conduct pre-session briefings, train staff on new products and promotions, drive promotional activities, coach for upselling, handle issues during shifts, model high levels of customer service, coordinate with kitchen and door teams, and assist General/Assistant Managers to run the business smoothly. Offers flexible hours (full and part-time) with an hourly rate up to £13.20 plus tips (average £5,000/year), and opportunities for development and nationally recognised qualifications in a group of pubs across Southern England including Harper’s Steakhouse.
Required Qualifications
