Job Summary
Build and maintain AI workflows by creating prompts, custom GPTs, and automations for recurring marketing tasks while documenting them for team reuse. Synthesize data from YouTube Analytics, GA4, Search Console, newsletters, and CRM to generate reporting that drives decisions, and plan A/B tests on forms, landing pages, and subject lines to evaluate hypotheses. Analyze the marketing funnel from reach to qualified inquiries to identify and quantify drop-off points. Structure projects and clarify responsibilities as the liaison between content, technical teams, and the law firm. Operate within a structured trainee program at WBS LEGAL, gaining direct access to leadership and real-world funnel data rather than simulated datasets.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Nachweis, dass Du strukturiert denken kannst
- Fähigkeit, eigene Arbeit so festzuhalten, dass andere darauf aufbauen können
- Interesse an Marketing
- Fähigkeit, den KPIs auf den Grund zu gehen

Desired Qualifications
- Quantitativem Anteil im Studium (Wirtschaft, Marketing, Medien, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Psychologie, Statistik)
- Erfahrung mit KI-Tools (nicht nur zum Textschreiben)
- Erfahrung mit Iteration, Vergleich und Erkennen von Modellfehlern
- Fähigkeit, Plausibilität von Zahlen zu prüfen und nachzugehen
