Job Summary
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress deals to completion by speaking with landlords and tenants. Match customers to properties, register new applicants, and follow up on inquiries. Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Develop business skills via database management and proactive calling within your local market. Complete initial training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester before starting at the Stratford office. Full-time hours include weekdays from 8:30am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. Own vehicle and manual or automatic UK driving licence required.
Required Qualifications

- Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
- Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
