Job Summary
Market properties to potential tenants, arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies. Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping while developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Complete two weeks of industry-leading training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, followed by full-time hours from 8:30am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. Requires access to your own vehicle with a full UK driving licence and proof of business insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
- Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
