Job Summary
Market properties to potential tenants, arrange and conduct viewings, and negotiate offers to agree new tenancies. Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping while developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Begin with two weeks of intensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre before progressing to full-time work. Full-time hours include four weekdays from 8:30am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. Requires a valid UK manual or automatic driving licence and proof of business vehicle insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
- Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
