Job Summary
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, register new applicants, and progress deals through completion. Market properties to potential tenants, arrange viewings, and generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping. Develop relationships with landlords and tenants while managing database records and building a pipeline. Begin with two weeks of industry-leading training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, followed by full-time hours from 8:30am to 6pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturdays. Requires a valid manual or automatic UK driving licence and proof of vehicle business insurance.
Required Qualifications

- Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
