Job Summary
Market properties to potential tenants, arrange and conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers to agree new tenancies. Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping while developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Complete two weeks of industry-leading training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, followed by full-time hours from 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturdays. You must provide proof of business insurance for your own vehicle and hold a full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car.
