Trainee Lettings Consultant

Job Summary
Register applicants, conduct property viewings, and assist with listings by taking photographs and writing descriptions. Liaise with prospective tenants and landlords throughout the lettings process, match applicants to suitable rental properties, and support tenancy progression from offer to move-in. Maintain regular contact with stakeholders, handle tenancy administration, update the CRM/database, and deliver excellent customer service while working towards branch targets. This 12-month fixed-term role requires a full UK driving license and own vehicle, with Monday to Thursday hours of 8:45am to 6pm, Fridays until 5:30pm, and every other Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
Required Qualifications

- Availability to work every other Saturday from 10am - 3pm
- Monday to Thursday from 8:45am - 6pm
- Fridays from 8:45am - 5:30pm
