Job Summary
Manage and advise national and international investors and developers on all aspects of real estate law. Conduct due diligence processes for development and completed projects, covering property law issues and detailed analyses of planning and building law. Draft and negotiate all agreements involved in a real estate project while collaborating with colleagues from the funds, finance, and tax teams to assist clients in identifying and implementing suitable investment structures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated with excellent academic marks
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months' experience in real estate and basic understanding of corporate matters
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English
- Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
- Positive mentality with a can do attitude
