Job Summary
This trainee lawyer position in the Corporate Legal Department offers a training opportunity for interested trainee lawyers (Referendare) during their internship period, lasting from 3 to 6 months. Responsibilities include supporting in-house lawyers in general business law, contract law, and corporate law, preparing expert opinions and statements independently, and participating in negotiations with clients and business partners. Applicants should have a completed first German state examination with a satisfactory grade, very good English skills, and a strong understanding of economic and legal contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Completed first German state examination (grade 'satisfactory' or higher)
- Very good knowledge of English (preferably gained abroad)
- Good understanding of economic and legal contexts
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Sociability, commitment and independence
