Job Summary
Promote and educate clients on insurance products while taking ownership of client relationships and uncovering business challenges to act as an advocate. Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles to help grow the local community presence. Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention and provide recommendations based on identified needs. This part-time role requires a minimum of 21 hours/week with an expected hourly range of $23.
Required Qualifications
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP
- 6 months+ of industry experience
- Minimum of 21 hours/week
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build authentic client relationships
