Job Summary
Check guests in and out, register visitors, process payments, and explain campervan functionalities and terms while upselling road trip extras. Align reservations with available vehicles, verify and prepare campers and kits, and maintain campervans in top condition by identifying and addressing maintenance needs. Support the team by monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues. This internship is compensated, includes online and on-the-job training in guest relations and logistics, and offers potential integration into Indie Campers after completion.
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate
- Field of Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field
- Looking for an internship
- Fluent in English
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Valid driver's licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles)
- Natural talent for connecting with people
- Strong customer service orientation
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with getting your hands dirty
