Job Summary
Research and identify potential influencers for collaboration while managing relationships with influencers, agencies, and the brand. Execute the briefing process to ensure alignment, negotiate partnerships based on performance and budget, and contribute to the Influencer Marketing strategy to drive revenue growth. Assist in analyzing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and preparing reports while taking ownership of essential operational tasks. This role supports the expansion into the US market within a certified B Corp, 1% for the Planet team of 140+ individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the US influencer landscape
- Hands-on experience in the American market
- Background that includes living in the US
- Familiarity with local trends
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Graduated from studies in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Marketing
- Experience preferably in Influencer Marketing
- Proven track record of achieving revenue KPI's/targets
- Focused on results

- Strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling operational and repetitive tasks
