Job Summary
Become a Trainee Store Manager at Fielmann, where you will undergo a 9-month training program following a 6-month introduction period. Your responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, providing expert optical advice, leading and supporting a team, and managing store operations effectively. Candidates should have training in optometry or equivalent, several years of management experience, strong organizational skills, and be team-oriented. Proficiency in German and a willingness to work with new technologies are also required.
Required Qualifications
- Training as an optometrist or equivalent education
- Master optician or optician certification
- Several years of professional experience in management
- Strong organizational skills
