Job Summary
Conduct the buying and selling of foreign currencies, money transfers, credit card advances, and tax refunds for international travelers. Deliver first-class customer service by negotiating and building rapport with clients to explain foreign currency needs while promoting products to meet sales targets. Work 37.5 hours per week across five of seven days from 7:45 am to 11 pm under pressure. You must be eligible to work full-time in the UK and possess previous retail or customer service experience.
