Job Summary
Trainee Finance role focusing on supporting daily finance operations with invoicing, accounts payable, and basic reporting. Responsibilities include matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts, assisting with invoice preparation and verification, supporting day-to-day accounts payable activities, aiding audit and compliance by preparing documentation, resolving financial discrepancies with cross-functional teams, managing financial records (scanning, filing, organizing), and entering transactions into spreadsheets to prepare basic Excel reports. Key skills include basic accounting principles, strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and clear communication. Required Qualifications
- Minimum HSC
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
