Trainee Estate Agent

Register customers and conduct property viewings for sales and lettings, then negotiate offers between all parties. Maximise branch income by cross-selling mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance while maintaining excellent customer service. This role involves a five-day week including Saturdays on rota, with an OTE pay of circa £26,000 per annum including guaranteed commission for the first few months. Full training is provided, though industry experience is ideal; a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. The position is predominantly office-based within the National Home Move network of franchise branches.
